Yeah Gavin I found yours today we are thinking of starting one on our face book page for work seems like it might be a good way to get some info out there. Mandy it is like blogging but you have to keep it to 140 characters. or soemthing like that so one liners basically.....Thanks for the response just wondering.Angela
